Programme
Cette journée est composée de 2 parties. Laure invite les danseurs ayant déjà une maîtrise des bases des danses folk, à considérer leurs danses non plus par le biais des pas, mais par celui de leur corps en mouvement et de leur sensibilité musicale : comment délier les mouvements dans mon corps, trouver plus de souplesse, plus de puissance, plus de confort ; comment ne pas me faire mal ; comment offrir le maximum de confort et de clarté à ma/mon partenaire ; comment ne pas subir l'inconfort parfois provoqué par mon/ma partenaire ; comment affiner mon incarnation de la musique ; etc. Ils vous seront proposés un certain nombre d'outils simples et précis pour développer de manière autonome vos qualités de danseur ou danseuse.
Ces outils sont développés principalement pour les danses de couple, mais un certain nombre d'entre eux sont utilisables en toutes circonstances!
Ce stage est centré sur les 3 danses de couple principales du folk (mazurka, scottish, valse), dont la structure de base ne sera pas revue.

The workshop is given in French. Laure is also fluent in English, so you can get individual feedback in the language of your choice.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised starting time of the workshop, so we can start on time.
You need to be familiar with the concept of guiding or following, and have at least 6 months' regular experience of couple dancing (not necessarily folk).
This workshop focuses on the 3 main folk couple dances (mazurka, scottish, waltz), the basic structure of which will not be reviewed.
It is never necessary to register as a couple for our dance workshops.
Therefore, you can register alone, as a couple, with friends …
